Welcome to JORJEOUS, a fine and high jewelry brand, operated by G.C Diamond and Gold Enterprises (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and other online services (collectively, “Platform”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Customer/User : Any individual or entity purchasing or accessing our products and services.
Product(s) : Fine and high jewelry items listed on our Platform, made with high craftmanship quality and standards of JORJEOUS.
Platform : Website and any digital services owned by JORJEOUS.
Order : A purchase request made by a Customer.
Business Days : Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
By using this Platform, you confirm that you are: At least 18 years old.
Legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Using the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
All products are crafted with the highest standards, made with real gold, precious and semi-precious gemstones.
All gold is BIS Hallmarked, and gemstones are IGI/GIA Lab-certified.
Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include GST for domestic orders. Additional taxes and duties may apply for international orders.
Prices are subject to change based on gold and gemstone market fluctuations.
Weight of Product: Due to the eminent and handcrafted nature of our products, each piece is unique, and slight variations in the creation as mentioned in product description of similar design pieces are inevitable.
Orders are confirmed only after payment authorization.
We accept major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other secure payment gateways.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment Security: We ensure secure transactions via encryption and third-party payment processors like Razorpay
We deliver across India and select international locations.
Complimentary and secure home delivery shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery time is 12-14 days for readily available pieces.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details; failure to do so may lead to order cancellation.
Customers are required to confirm the order through a 2-step verification process initiated by JORJEOUS sales executives.
Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange your creation, you will need to contact JORJEOUS-Client Relations within 15 days.
Return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt.
Return your JORJEOUS creation in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them with packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
You can be refunded or receive a merchandise credit equal to the value of your creation.
Custom-made and personalized orders are non-refundable.
We provide a one-year manufacturing warranty for structural defects.
Annual complimentary clean-up service for your creations to keep them looking brand new. Contact JORJEOUS to book this service.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper handling.
All content on the Platform, including logos, images, and designs, is the exclusive property of G.C Diamond and Gold Enterprises.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including the retrieval of unlawfully obtained products.

JORJEOUS is committed to responsibly sourcing its materials while continuously improving ethical, social, and environmental performance.
STONE TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY
From rough stone to jewelry creation, gemstones undergo traditional and deep-modifying treatments:
Mineral Growth: Natural formation under high temperature and pressure.
Rough Treatment: Heating to enhance color, with a strict prohibition on dyeing or polymer impregnation.
Cutting & Polishing: Use of wax during polishing.
After Cut Treatment: Only traditional oil-filling is allowed; coating, dyeing, or fracture-filling is prohibited.
JORJEOUS only selects natural gemstones and does not use synthetic or imitation materials.
Rubies & Sapphires: Stones above 1 carat are not heated; stones below 1 carat may be heated.
Emeralds: Only colorless oil-filling is accepted.
JORJEOUS is committed to ethical sourcing and follows the Kimberley Process to prevent conflict diamonds. All diamonds undergo the System of Warranties to ensure they are conflict-free. We work only with suppliers who meet ethical, social, and environmental standards.
JORJEOUS ensures responsible gold sourcing by working with suppliers who adhere to the high ethical and environmental standards. We actively prevent the use of gold linked to human rights violations and require written commitments from all suppliers.
JORJEOUS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to external factors like natural disasters or supply chain issues.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lucknow, India, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
